He is currently working on a number of initiatives to achieve this goal, including launching a digital skills training program for Tanzanian youth, creating a platform to connect Tanzanian youth with digital job opportunities, and advocating for the government and private sector to invest in digital infrastructure and education. Through platforms like Sanuka Kidigitali and Digital Nomads, Baraka plays a vital role in creating awareness among the public about online opportunities.

Initiatives and Programs to Bridge the Gap

Several initiatives and programs aim to bridge the digital skills gap in Tanzania.
