When I hear the word “title,” I don’t just think of a name or position.
To me, it carries something deeper. In many cases, a title becomes more than a label — it turns into a mask. It can show who we really are, or it can hide us.

In many parts of the world, many people are running after titles. They dream of being called Manager, Director or Ambassador. But before we continue, let’s take a moment to ask ourselves:

Without these, the title becomes hollow — a shell with no soul.

Rather than chasing titles, we should reflect honestly:
